Tribunal handpicks games for people to look at. You showing up in it takes into account all your infracted games into account. Before you can get a ban, Riot looks over all the cases.

Back before I grew up I used to say GG EZ scrub noobs go uninstall every game. Not even a single warning. You have to be extremely toxic to get banned.
I'm addicted to Ashe. Sometimes I like hunting those who have fallen to darkness, but 90% of the time I play Ashe. I don't understand why she's so much fun for me haha

pretty sure riot has a system in place to attempt to track smurfs of banned/toxic accounts so that players on the watch list can't dodge it simply by logging to a second account.
