Same goes for Vi really, somewhat for Zac too. I don't think it's clear they're a cut above. They're definitely top tier, but right now they're actually the 4th, 5th, and 6th most picked/banned junglers at Worlds. Teams are consistently picking Elise, Lee Sin, and Aatrox over them. If they were really that much better than everyone else there wouldn't be other contenders beating them out. Don't get me wrong, I jungle Zac and J4 all the time. They're awesome junglers, but jungle is a big place and defining what's "best" is difficult | ||

Also keep in mind that regardless of what are the current OPs, there are also champs that are comfort picks for certain teams that they may pick frequently during worlds. Teams that have to fight through group stages will play many more games than teams that got seeded into the bracket stage, so group-stage teams that make it out of their group may have their comfort picks overrepresented compared to a seeded team's comfort picks. Also, once it's clear that mineski/ggeu have no chance of making it out of their groups, they may try some unorthodox strategies... | ||

So Vi is VI because there is a X, uh? Yeah that was hinted at as soon as she was released anyway. It's full of pink! Which is different from punk. Also don't get too eager to see the Chinese dragon. Remember when they announced they'd work on a Kumiho-based champ? That was a good 6 months before Ahri came out, at least. And they aren't even that deep in Ao Shin's design process. | ||
