By the way, the first round of playoffs is bo3 right? I think it's incredibly stupid to have every team play 28 frigging games in the season and then not even have a bo5 in that first series that means everything. | ||

You might want to call them. Of course it might not do anything, but it can't hurt. My brother called his ISP when he noticed they were throttling him, and they stopped doing it. Of course here he can just swap the ISP whenever he wants to, i think that is not as easy in the US. | ||

Depending on where you live in the US, especially if you're in a rural area, you often only have one ISP servicing the area and since no infrastructure is really shared. As a result they have no motivation to provide you with better service. That said while there might be nothing to gain there really is nothing to lose by calling them and complaining about it. | ||
