Probably want to run lifesteal quints however, it's what I ran and it felt pretty good.

Edit: Actually I wonder why you don't see lifesteal quints being a thing for non-sustain AD junglers. I mean I know they aren't as popular, but on champs like Ezreal, Aatrox, Shyvana are all really strong with them.

If you like tanky bruisers that have early lane dominance he's a worthy purchase. He can survive a ton of ganks, and even turn around ganks 1v2 in some cases, because of how strong his ult and empowered Q/W are.

Yeah. Once you're below 50% a level 3 Aatrox sustains better than a level 9 Irelia, and that's without taking his AD ratio into account.
