Oh gay the ms buff is only if you're melee. Well, it'll be fun to see him build it virtually every game since it also gives AD now so you can go 5 item + scimmy without falling behind in dps to a 6 item carry, | ||

Edit: tbh there's no point in getting Mercurial Scimitar as anything but your 6th item, it's terrible value for just the 15AD, good slot efficiency, bad | ||

The reasoning behind it by Liquid112 was that he felt he could work out Elementz shortcomings faster in time for s3 qualifiers, than he could Rhux's shortcomings. Supposedly Rhux has some tourney and nerve issues, while Elementz has more mechanical /play issues. | ||
