Back before the eve nerfs and rework when she used to rule the jungle there used to be hooker jokes about her lol. Heck, she's dressed as one.
And she's one of the reasons for the dfg nerf so blah >

Granted, riot's stupidity and stubbornness to buff a niche item and then instead of revert the buff proceeding to neuter the stats is also a really big factor too. They're ruining my poor veigar, a champ essentially balanced around his q's passive and dfg.

Where's a little evil blue guy gonna find some love... ;/

I think the DFG nerf was mostly fair. It was way too good as far as CDR itemization goes.

Who knows? Maybe in S3 there will be a basic item that provides CDR (like how amp tome gives AP and long sword gives AD).

No, the cdr was honestly fine. It's the range buff. Remember when they nerfed ori's auto range by only 25 and it completely and utterly neutered her? She went from a great laner with insane burst to a meh laner who lost most lanes due to really low auto range letting her get harassed way too much. The range nerf was just too much and so riot buffed some of it back. Riot never seems to understand the ramifications of range changes. Imagine if annie now, instead of having 650 range, had 750 range on all spells. That's what the range buff did, and it was done for 0 reason. Like if they did remove the mana regen, kept the AP the same as the old version, and change price to conpensate, it would have been fine. It would be better on some champs, like morde for example, but it wouldn't be flat out broken on everyone by giving it more AP AND range. >_>

Five dodges in a row in ranked again zz. Do most people like the dodge system? I think it is good that you don't lose ELO but they need to a) take chat logs with pregame lobby and make it possible to report people and b) maybe make the dodge penalty longer.
