And she's one of the reasons for the dfg nerf so blah >  Granted, riot's stupidity and stubbornness to buff a niche item and then instead of revert the buff proceeding to neuter the stats is also a really big factor too. Who knows? Maybe in S3 there will be a basic item that provides CDR (like how amp tome gives AP and long sword gives AD). | ||
