There is so much wrong with this post - yes, Gangplank likes farm and so does Karthus. Does that make them similar? Not really.
GP is one of the biggest bullies in mid lane and TF is probably one of the champions that gets crushed the hardest.

Wouldn't a TF just sit back and poke with cards all day, if GP moves up hit with a pick a card gold and walk away? I am not sure on the ranges so GP could be able to parley before the card not sure. Not really my thing this middle lane.

But he is only strong because he can gold car then wild card at will at most melees but GP is different. A GP with good reactions can w your gold card then trade with you unlike 99% of melee mids who you can just get free damage on.

So you plan is to take W lvl 1? Or what. GP is fine vs. any mid later on. But Orange's Cooldown: 22 / 21 / 20 / 19 / 18. TF Pick a card is 6 Seconds.
Would you want GP vs. Karthus? Seems like a farm lane, which Karthus wants. IDK, it seems fun, we will see.

Whenever tiamat kills more than 1 minion with parrley he gets the parrley bonuses (50% mana refund + gold) several times.

Parley mana + gold work on tiamat.
That's basically it.
I was spectating that game. In 30 mins Nien had 1k gold from q passive and 13k overall gold.
I dunno if that's game changing or not.

I remember when recommending Tiamat on GP for the Parrrley splash was considered trolling. Guess that changes when a pro does it in game :D
Of course, the mana change was a nice boost.
