Are you saying that the current NA casters aren't entertaining enough or that the NA scene isn't good because they're trying to entertain? Edit: Also I'm up to duo if you still want to at some point ![]()

Edit: Also I'm up to duo if you still want to at some point ![]() No I am saying that a lot of the NA players make so much money from streaming that there is no need for them to get good or be competitive. Why practice 10 hours a day trying to win a tournament when you can just stream 10 hours a day to make a buck load of money? EDIT: i might be able to play tonight. Donno yet. Perhaps he knew he was leaving the team for months; it is only recent that *we* got to know about it.

Also Helios and Lustbuy recently started streaming as well. What I didnt know is that he had to go to Azubu Frost's dorm alone and "guard" it when they were in LA lol.

Was actually funny watching chaox marathon, when some random dude asked if he was willing to do some private lessons for 100$, and chaox was like "nah, 100$ bucks not that much" ![]() ![]()

Most streamers normally run 3 ads after every game though, which might average out to about every 30 mins. So $360/hr actually isn't impossible to make. :p You didn't factor in adblock. Stil a shitton of money though.

I am guessing at least 50% of the viewers run add block, so the income would be much less than this but yeah it is still a lot of money. However the problem with Esport and LoL in particular is that it pays great to a very small amount of people. If you are at the top of the tree then yeah it pays big, but if you are in one of the lower tier teams, then it isn't so great...

The players/teams who get the most viewers often have that because they are in the top teams. They've gotten recognized for their success. So they get lots of ad revenue as well as the riot sponsorship.
