You are wrong. Disney can, and will, sue you if you show the lion king in an open setting, like a bar. You own some rights, usually involving looking at it, and showing it in a private setting, but not the right to show it commercially, or redistribute copies of it etc...
At least that is how it works in Germany, and i think it works like that elsewhere, too. Do you really think a cinema can just buy a DVD for 10€ and then show that movie?

You can't be sued for showing somebody the Lion King in your house, but you can be sued for playing the Lion King in a public setting at a bar. People are going to the bar to watch your movie, they're buying drinks. You are making a profit off of showing the movie, it is against the law to do that without the permission of the company that owns the movie.
Riot is dicks for doing that to Boston, but lets get the record straight, they very much are allowed to tell barcrafts they can't show it under whatever conditions they want. (Doesn't mean they aren't dicks)

#1. You can't patent something that is not a Machine, Manufacture, Process, or Composition of Matter. See: 35 U.S.C. § 101 http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/35/101 #2. Trademarks can last forever (see Coca Cola) patents last 20 years from the date of filing.

In America it is called "Public Performance" of a copyrighted work. 17 U.S.C. § 106 (4)

I've never had a hard time vs Darius as Garen. Jayce though... fuck that guy. I think vs a good Jayce you can only hope to break even in lane and not be behind a ton of CS and then hope to bring more to a teamfight.

Depends on the situation, both are viable. If i find I been landing lots of Q's and their support bush wacks alot, then i max Q. If its a heavy AS dependant AD carry and their support is melee or armor heavy, then i max W. Or if the lane is passive i max Q for better harass potential and last hitting. Either way, it doesnt matter much because by the time of team fights both will be maxed anyway.

I also heard it about Irelia but there's no way I'm going to believe it (and people haven't been able to tell me precisely why when I asked in Irelia or Jayce's threads here). Jayce with no jungle intervention has the advantage over Darius (cf. Dyrus again). I'm pretty sure Rengar beats him. I managed to smash one as Wukong but that was most probably him being bad. Nunu beats Darius.
edit: nvm, can't read
RE: irelia vs jayce. The reason irelia vs jayce can work for irelia is that jayce can't initiate trades with irelia at melee range, because as soon as you q+e combo her, she q's right back and stuns, giving her a few true dmg autos and putting her ahead in the trade. Likewise, in the early game, irelia can't initiate a trade on jayce, since he'll just accel range q + hammer q + e her away. This makes it a fairly passive lane early on, and both champs can actually farm pretty comfortably. After that, there's a point at which irelia can just bully jayce and heal up so fast that there's nothing he can really do about it. I think in general, the mistake that most jayces make when facing irelia (or at least the ones who face me) is getting too cocky somewhere between lvls 5 and 7 and trying to initiate on her and falling right into her lap.
the only thing is that irelia has a vulnerability when both champs are lvl 2 that she has to be careful of.

What's with those champions icons? How did you get them, because some of them look pretty cool.
Chinese art pack http://na.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=1976480 you'll also need RAF manager for loading screen and in game but you should probably read the entire post. Its updated semi regularly when the tencent client gets its own art.

Doubelift says max W if you suck in lane, and need the help in lane dominance. Max Q if you plan on out playing enemy AD carry, because Q has better damage output overall in teamfights.
Wow, just started playing karthus and he's surprisingly a lot of fun. I played him once during a free week before and I found him super boring, but now I realized that he does a ton of dps and his passive is really cool in teamfights.
