Let's move on shall we? I want to talk about Draven. Why? Because he's a guy who throws Axes at people. Not just any kind of axe, AXE arangs. I'am not sure if it's an 8bit theatre reference to swordchucks or what but I really like Axe tossing. Hell his ult sounds like a real Axe cannon as it appears to be global. So let me Axe you a question, do you think we really need another AD ranged carry? Even if his kit is so very, interesting in potential awesomeness of complexity something I don't think we've ever seen with a ranged carry(closest going to Ezreal's skillshot only toolset) I mean didn't we just get Varus?

Depends on if your DMV offers some alternative form of the written test where it's read to you. I'm not really sure why they'd do that, though, since being able to read is kind of important for road signs.

He reminds me of more of an Urgot somehow. Not a true AD carry, but similar.

International drivers licenses let you drive in other countries where their road signs are in a language you might not understand. For example: I drove in Greece, and I can't read Greek. Did anyone else watch that TD vs. CLG scrim? Hotshot managed to steal baron and then they managed to pick off Anivia and Mundo, leading to a huge swing for CLG. Hotshot might suck at the early jungling, but he very smart at positioning and team fighting, which seems to be a bigger role for junglers than top laners these days with all of the double AP comps.

That Baron steal was more TD screwing up than anything else. Their team vent (I was watching Zig) had NintendudeX saying "Okay, off baron just kill Hotshot" while the team kept hitting baron and only Nintendude killed Hotshot. NintendudeX was 2 levels higher, so he should have had a smite advantage. Problem is team dps'd baron so it could go down to a point where it could be stolen rather than just killing HSGG... even then the higher level Mundo should have been able to secure it but he was trying to kill Hotshot. Realistically, it was a desperation play (they were down like 10k gold) that shouldn't have worked if TD didn't fuck up on both ends. He is getting better, but he still can only really jungle Nocturne. (and I'm a huge saintvicious fanboy, so screw HSGG. Haha)

In a cool way, he makes me think of Darius, which makes sense given their lore. He looks like an AD caster, where you're going to focus just as much on his abilities as you are his auto attacks, probably a lot like Urgot and more than Ezreal does even. Lot of flair and finesse makes his kit kind of iffy to me (I prefer to play more straightforward characters), but neat. Also, there are really only 15 (and yes that includes Teemo) ranged AD champs in the game, which puts them at the lowest aside from support, so I don't really see a problem with a new ranged AD so soon. (unless you get into separating bruisers/tanks/tanky dps, at which point "pure tanks" have the lowest representation, but that argument has come up way too much)

How many times do people take their driving test before they pass. I only took the test once. When I took my test I didn't have a car, so I borrowed one from a stoner dude who lives near my work. We're talking like full on Baked Life, white dude with dreads and so on. He told me he had to take the driving portion thirteen times. I asked him what the hardest part was and he said "well you drive for a while... and then... they make you back up. WHOAH."

In NY it's take a written test and receive permit -> take 5 hr class -> take driving test and get license. If the class in NJ is anything like NY it's nothing to worry about, just try not to fall asleep. If you've read through the manual once you'll pass the written test.
