Nasus is beaten by teams that can kite him while focusing him. However, teams that "don't focus the tank/Nasus" and instead jump on your carries get raped by Nasus lategame because he ends up with at least a triple kill and proceeds to demolish the inhib in 5 seconds. You should try Nasus cos he's great at lower Elo imo. He can't win lane early, but his slow is amazing in supporting ganks and he can still farm passively against most top lanes.
