When I look at it, I guess it's kind of awareness-based, as Olaf's E (+ aa if you turn) is more damage than Jax can do with aa+W early on, but with Jax's E+W you can outtrade Olaf if you run at him when he uses E and disengage right before his E cd comes back (obviously you can't do that too easily as levels rise and cooldowns get shorter). But maybe I'm wrong and assuming equal skill and knowledge of the match-up one side is heavily-favored? olaf can't hope to win a prolonged exchange because of dodge, so his best bet is to try to QE and run away unfortunately jax has a gap closer so any time olaf does this, jax can counter with QautoW. if olaf tries to fight back once you're on top of him, E destroys him. i feel like this matchup is even, maybe slightly olaf-favored until 6, when it swings in jax's favor. charge up passive -> QautoW for like 2903948 damage. take EQW then max W > E as jax. i start boots + 4, 2d-blades, cutlass. as olaf you just have to max E, push the lane, QE him on cooldown, then run like hell. if jax does what i suggested and bounces on you, don't try to fight, just keep running. since you've pushed the lane, if he chases he's missing out on experience and the longer he chases, the closer your E is to coming back. the second he STOPS chasing, just chase him back and E him. rinse and repeat. at 6 you have to be really careful because if you think jax is committing and you blow your ult, and then he DOESN'T commit, you basically have to leave the lane until it's back up. if you're pushed without your ult+ghost you will be a jungler's prime target til it's up. if jax's dodge is ever down for some reason (i.e. he tried to use it on you or to clear creeps or whatever) you should commit hard because that's the thing that gives him an advantage | ||

I trust they know what they are doing. And they have stopped the Kog in the past, the setup has its weaknesses early to mid. edit: Now they banned Kog though. :D | ||

Galio is quite useless vs. Nauti, Janna counters the two heavy melees.. Mid and bot really have to play very well for them to win this, but thats hard. I predict 1-1 after this game, as I dont think CLG can do it this game :D Though they did really improve a huge lot compared to last time they met AL and got wacked | ||

There is not that much you can do. The strength of AL is a tanky jungler compared with a disabling top. Now they also have a roaming mid.. and nocturne is not the good defense needed vs the top ganking that AL does every game. And AL has their ashe (slows) and Janna... But lets see | ||
