sorry for elaborating the fact that ww's ult isn't a pure initiator, which most beginners almost always would do. specifically, i'm just trying to draw a line between ww's ult and amumu's ult. the most frustrating thing i see ww's do is initiate on their carry and get shit on in a sec by someone like annie. sure, she wasted her spells on you, but by the time your team tries to catch up to your corpse, their team (if smart) can simply fall back until cd's are back up. you'd think most ww's would know this by 1500 elo..

Hmm... I consider my WW pretty boss, too (75%ish with around 1700 high in S1) and I'm running a different (though prolly outdated) runesetup compared to gtr. Hell, I usually run ww 16/0/14 most of the time.
Random sidenote: neglecting the MS component WW W (huehue) is about 25% more efficient in terms of stats than GPs E. Not to mention WW's CD is lower on higher levels.
I honestly think you guys are underestimating him in this discussion. Literally the only jungle I'm afraid to play against in a competetive setting is Udyr, cause he can just clear camps so much quicker that I'm busy not getting my shit stolen all day.

Edit: this whole discussion is fascinating. On a serious note, I was under the impression that Nocturne, Lee Sin, Gangplank, and Udyr were generally acknowledged as the top tier of junglers, at least in competitive play. Is this wrong?

It's a play style thing for Renekton for me. For the life of me, I can't grasp the concept of Irelia. Playing renekton gives me this insanely mobile tanky dps option that I can sit up top with for 15-20 minutes and then proceed to walk around the map and make people scared to leave the fountain.
