Flash exhaust is something I definitely think is smart. Since tanky dps used to be UP riot invented OP ones and gave them all cc+gap closer+dps steroid+tank steroid and though it was a good idea. | ||

I think it is a great item when paired with atma's, but warmog's alone isn't incredibly amazing. By doing a warmog/atma's build you sacrifice mid/earlygame power. Something like a Guinsoo's Nidalee or dblade stack carry is going to punch you in the face, warmog's or not. I suppose you could get Atma's first too. | ||
