Idk I see it once in a while or carries that are farming really well or sivirs that arent getting much opposition. Maybe I'm just wrong though? Also I'm pretty sure I also saw Loco himself playing sivir today with 100ish cs at 12ish minutes. His comments were that this was ok/pretty good and he can't really complain but that he could potentially be csing better. | ||

On most champs, Loco uses the more reasonable benchmark of 14 min/100 cs as an "average" game. | ||
