A full Drain does a solid amount of damage, and if you actually get in a situation where Dark Wind bounces between a small number of people, it applies pretty good damage as well. The thing is Drain shouldn't be going for longer than 1-2 ticks and Dark Wind often wastes a lot of bounces on creeps (and doesn't scale up base damage at all). | ||
