Oh Kau, about 2 months ago I was relocating my boxingbag which ways about 120lbs and as I was putting it up the chain slipped and I, as the retard I am, out of reflex tried to catch it. This offcourse majorly fucked up my lower back. Im starting therapy next week, hope it helps cause simply sitting is proving to be annoying.
