I thought it was pretty amazing, with the new (ok maybe not new, but it was refreshing) first-person camera-shot that was later used by REC, as well as the slow revealing of the monster and the plot and everything. | ||

Edit: I would recommend Boondock Saints but that came out in 99. Apparently there weren't very many memorable movies that people can recall from the past couple years. | ||
