Portions of it are open source but for the most part No The only interest I would have in this program is so that I can delete itunes and still be able to load music/albums into my ipod. Reason being is that itunes always loads 2-3 other programs no matter what and also lags and is a huge resource hog. Does D.T. address these things? My Dad says that it is not resource hog, but uninstalling itunes is not advised due to the fact that your library is generated through itunes, you don't however have to run it Hrmm. It apparently draws from specific playlists in windows media player and Itunes, in time they are adding a specific double twist library, they will also most likely add more programs to draw from If this thing can handle playlistas, coverart and all other kind of stuff, without FUCKING up my whole music database, then I'm all up for it.! It currently doesn't support cover-art but they are looking into that, it will not however mess up any of your music so if you are willing to live without it for the time being than it should work fine. I'm wondering, when you play a song and opens up in the new playlist thing, can you add songs on it w.o having to make it start the song you're adding? Not at the moment (My dad is saying as hes answering this that he should probablly just add it, it'll just take him an hour or so but that won't come to the next release pack if it is added) To all of these questions, remember again this is a beta, so stay tuned it should have a lot of revamps Ok I found a bug, well not a bug but a little itch.
