Yeah, it makes a lot of sense to count down until one hour before the new proleague round starts. Just in case you forget when one hour before the new round is, there is a convenient timer to let you know. So no worries, you will always be aware of how long it is until one hour before the new PL round! Thanks TeamLiquid!

Kind of odd that it counts to 13:00 KST and not 14:00 KST, the time PL Round 4 is said to start on the TL Calendar. Either mis-calculation (which I HIGHLY doubt cause the staff is very intelligent), there will be some special thing planned, or it's just 1 hour early.

Well, Liquibets always close before the start of the game (usually 1 hour), so I don't see how that would be odd?
