I am not suggesting he carve her up but he could drug her via syringe and put her in a bath tub filled with ice, a phone right next to her and a message on the mirror explaining the lack of organs and need to call 911, preferably the phone should be palced somewhere with a high possibility of her dropping it in the water when she wakes up. at the very least
