The sad thing is I could see the parents suing and winning, because when you think about it two six foot fences and some signs are that much of a deterrent these days...

Six Flags is going to have to make people sign a "no stupid" contract upon entering the theme park if this sort of lame shit keeps up.

At six flags the security guard gave some girls in my group a hard time because they ducked under a minor banister in the line for the dark knight ride, yet all they were doing was bypassing about 50 feet of unoccupied walkway. He didn't even witness them doing it but someone else who got kicked off mentioned that they had done it, and then he argued for like 10 minutes and threatened to kick a group of like 10 people off the line before the two girls submitted. If he had worried about important things like people ducking under the roller coasters, maybe this wouldn't have happened :p
