Pretty much this.
Or other regulatory oversights such as I dunno, making deepfake porn illegal which is obviously fucking gross

Why is it my favorite? Well, because your daddy Regan first fucked up by creating a shitty law, a law that broke a huge number of companies which he then used taxpayer money to bail out. The policy that lets human trafficking victims apply to the FBI? You just saved that in your head as pro-bestiality and are going to append it to every mention of Patel forever now? I'm talking about the part where he's pro-bestiality, not the part where he's anti- human trafficking. Do you want me to give him a slow-clap for supposedly being against human trafficking while Donald Trump is still covering up the Epstein files? It's the same part. People are human trafficked and forced to have sex with animals. People who are forced to commit bestiality while being trafficked are a subset of all the people who commit bestiality.
It's kind of like how some Republicans might feel pressured to have sex with furniture and other animate objects if Daddy Trump "strongly encourages" it, but there's also the occasional JD Vance who probably voluntarily chooses to fuck a couch.

What is your question exactly? By "foreign" you mean can illegal immigrants join the FBI? To join the FBI you have to be a citizen. So illegally trafficked against own's will -> naturalized citizen is technically possible for an applicant.

Maybe you've assumed they could just allow trafficking victims to apply and that would cover everything, so specifying bestiality must be superfluous. And so it means Kash Patel is pro-bestiality (thanks for "going high" as the great HRC would say).
That's not it. The old guideline was no "Engagement in prostitution or bestiality." A trafficking victim can be forced into either so they removed that as an automatic disqualifier. It doesn't mean they are pro people who voluntarily rape animals any more than they are pro hookers and pimps and johns.

Seems a more humane policy all round. Just doesn’t really fit the tenor of various others instituted by this lot is all
I don’t wear hats, but if I did I’d probably eat one if the FBI are getting many applicants who were trafficked and forced to have sex with animals.

Most of the structural crises mentioned above (Iran-Contra, the peak of the S&L failures, the Fairness Doctrine repeal) actually manifested in his second term (1985–1989) rather than his first two years.
The long term issues this created were going on for his whole presidency and still have catastrophic consequences now.
You can put your head in the sand, but your worldview, as I pointed out previously, lacks any internal consistency.

This 21st century "partner" term is cringey man. You can still say boyfriend, girlfriend, husband, and wife. Gender-neutral alternatives include significant other, spouse, and partner, and these terms are also used by straight and cis couples (not only by the LGBTQ+ community). Partner, in particular, has become a pretty popular label, because it's applicable for all sexes/genders and it works for all levels of commitment, regardless of marital status. You don't need to use that term if you don't want to, but it's currently doing a pretty decent job at being a universal indicator of the person you're in a relationship with. Sometimes, people might also use the term "partner" if they don't feel like oversharing specifics about their own relationship, or if they don't want to make assumptions about someone else's relationship.
