When I saw the picture initially my response was mostly sadness and disgust. But then I saw it was clearly a joke and laughed.
I wasn't citing borat as justification for shock humor. I was citing it to make a point; people do find shock humor funny.
And that is not what I am indicating, though it is close. What I am saying is that because I am thoughtful and nice it is morally sound and ok for me to find a joke funny, even if it involves african children who have starved to death.

You try to define yourself on these forums as the Official Anti-PvZ Imbalance Whiner Representative (your profile, sig, every single one of your posts, etc.), yet no one cares. I am done debating, you seem to really want to justify a joke, no matter what it is about can be funny despite moral constructs and "tactfullness" which despite mentioning it in your first post on this subject, have chosen to ignore apparently. You would be the first to look at a picture and go, "oh my god, that is disguisting and sad" then go "Oh wait its a joke, HAHA!" Not saying your unique, just saying I have yet to meet many people who go through that emotional evolution post puberty.
Let me make a few final points. Yes I know shock humor is not confined only to you. Yes I know the importance of making light of situations. No, pictures of children crawling for life and dying with a vulture behind it are not funny. Especially when the man who took it was so deeply moved by it he ended his own life. I am sure other factors played in but when he sites specifically that picture in his suicide note I think it is safe to say it was a tremendous factor. No, I don't care to change your opinion on this because I am not so disillusioned to think you or baal are capable of hearing out other people and reflecting on it personally (at least not in this case).

Incidentally, a person that takes care of spelling, grammar, and punctuation so that others can read his post easily is accorded a certain level of well-earned respect. Someone too lazy/inconsiderate to do that is correspondingly thought less of.

Even your post and your sig shows the general lack of maturity and depth in your contributions. You generalize to saying that ALL Protosses whine, and that ALL Protosses use it as an excuse, and ALL Protosses should STFU. Thats a great attitude to take when your position is that Protoss users are overreacting whiners. yea. it was really awesome looking at several strategy forum posts in one way or another whining about the mu. my 'bitching' as you put it finally got the admins to realize that the crap was polluting our forums. if 'pvz is imbal' isnt a tired and lame arguement, there would be a need for ujoo to post what he did. and id just like to know, do you consider your sig to somehow be mature? yes, lets start using sigs and my general disdain for people who whine about mus as the barometer for my maturity. posts where there is smething acutally intelligent to discuss—not pvz imbal threads—i post something worthwhile. First of all, half your posts are about PvZ imbalance, which would make a gigantic proportion of posts that are "not worthwhile". And as for being selective about when to be mature or contribute something worthwhile, all I can say is that you obviously are universally instead of selectively retarded. Secondly, I have no problem with Uhjoo's thread or people who complain about PvZ whining in general. After I started the thread about sunkens in PvZ, I regretted it after more PvZ threads started to spawn. I can accept intelligent criticism and debate, which is obviously something you dont' comprehend. In fact, with your faggish and stupid remarks, you are just as guilty as anyone of lowering the tone of discussion whenever PvZ is mentioned. If certain Protoss players are getting whiny and bitchy, it has at least partly to do with overthetop, exaggerated, and unconstructive remarks from people like you. this claim has become the answer to a protoss user's inability to win pvz. its not their skill, its the imbalance. their personal crutch. its absolutely *impossible* to win pvz. (sarcasm detectors on) this is depsite a zvp record in osl that is so far 51:47. its so bad that they need to have 5 active threads polluting the strategy section.
im asking for the admins to do the same as they do with the homework threads. get rid of this crap. close the threads and consolodate them into one. i thought the strategy forum was for strategies...not whining?
zvt is a bitch for zergs, but we dont have a ton of threads whinning about it. we adapt. we use all units, unlike toss, who neglect their da's. toss has a higher win % (similar to zvp) in pvt, but terrans arent screaming imbal. wtf?
plz admins, remove the crap thats ruining the strategy forums so we can discuss strats, not mythical imbalances. or at least keep all the crap in one thread.
