how are you smoking
at bare minimum, regular smokers need to use a water bong(but i guess you prolly know that)
otherwise it's just so bad for your body. i mean a joint here or there is fine but if you're regularly smoking joints or out of a pipe that is just so harsh
try coughing. do you cough up mucus? it could be your body creating extra mucus to deal with the harsh smoke, and the extra mucus makes it feel like your esophagus is tightening.
travis, waht's this about a water bong? I've been smoking regularly for the past two months (1+ times/day)... what do you recommend that's cheap? I won't be smoking too much after summer.
My 7 chamber bong catches some REALLY NASTY shit in the upper-most water-levels. If you're smoking a 1-chamber, that shit is absorbed in your lungs. Pony-up the cash and invest in your health. Buy a nice piece. ESPECIALLY you daily smokers!
Hawk, I was having those lung problems, too. That's why I started buying expensive multi-chamber bongs. I highly recommend Zong bongs (same quality as RooR):
My personal favorite:
"The Freight Train":
ughh i have to clean these bitches, yes yes i know :p
The reason the movie is so great is it really identifies with modern times. Not only was Dylan the voice of the 60's, but if you listened closely to his voice, Dylan has the spirit of this decade as well. The film speaks of a troubled hope limping in the fame. The fame and glory covering Dylan turned him into something different, a man confused by the times, and that is a feeling that resonates in any man in any time period, wondering what it would be like in a different one, sometimes forgetting to belong to the one you're living.
Also the shooting in that movie is outstanding. The use of color contrast and interweaving plotlines makes it visually one of the strongest films I've ever seen. The use of bold color and font for text and pithy burst of swiftly moving shots bring almost a surreal sense into the film. And the acting is superb. You may never forget the look in Blanchett's eyes in the fading of her final shot.
That is my stoned and short review of I'm not there.
why would u buy a transparent bong? where you curious on how much shit would have gotten into your lungs? why not a translucid colored bong that wont stain so easy?

imo if you have a large piece it can be fun to watch the smoke travel through it, if it's clear
