where other than like new york are people smoking shisha in the states? in montreal/toronto its getting pretty huge, especially in montreal, but a in Halifax where I am all the rich Toronto neohippie kids go to my pot smoking liberal arts (it has a really good, interesting and challenging ciriculum and a huge awesome reading list, but its still just for useless degrees) so i have people to smoke shisha with here. But I didn't think that was getting big in the states, where do you guys smoke shisha?

shisha is tabacco marinated in honey fruit and other shit, really tasty thick smoke, the tabacco is roasted by a coal and you breath it through the water. like, i never smoke weed through a hookah, bongs and joints are just better because the hookah's made for a coal.

A volcano is an opening, or rupture, in a planet's surface or crust, which allows hot, molten rock, ash, and gases to escape from below the surface. Volcanic activity involving the extrusion of rock tends to form mountains or features like mountains over a period of time.

Volcanoes can be caused by "mantle plumes". These so-called "hotspots" , for example at Hawaii, can occur far from plate boundaries. Hotspot volcanoes are also found elsewhere in the solar system, especially on rocky planets and moons.

I suggest watching cartoons (check cartoon network when they play the old Huck Finn and Looney Toons stuff like that) and muting the sounds, and turn on rap music. You will be surprised at how the movements and voices move well to rap music.
(and I don't really like rap music)

Smoking hookah is pretty big here in Portland. I think it's fairly popular in most US cities.
