How did Kotti find these eastereggs out? How does anyone find it? :/
How does anyone find 90% of the shit these guys do?
Like take that twilight princess run. If i jump into the water, use iron boots, float towards this obscure pillar and position myself in the gap between it and the wall, then start switching items and remove the boots, i'll go through the wall and be able to keep swimming to a "door" i couldnt access in a legit way! All before drowning! *this is 99.99% probably not how this trick works.
Same goes for Ocarina of Time Warp from first boss to ganons tower. O.O
How do people find that?
That one was actually an accident. A runner was trying to cutscene skip in Fire Temple and failed I believe, warping him to Forest Temple. Then they checked the game data files for cutscene values corresponding to useful locations and boom Gohma to Ganon
I enjoy these stories, really interesting to me.
There was a huge stream that day, everyone was streaming OoT after that first warp was found, trying out every Farores Wind location with blue warps and stuff(Farores Wind was required then, that lead to Dodongos Cavern straight into the credits). It was like a 12 hour stream with everyone in the OoT community testing everything, before they went on to check game values in a ROM
Skyrim is amnesia 2.0 but with some pretty long segments of just walking. Fun for the glitches, I personally find it boring to watch after you've seen it once.

There was a glitch in an old NES game which involved waiting after the credits for 90 minutes and then pressing a button combo on both buttons while the theme to Karate Kid was playing. You were then rewarded by a tirade from an angry programmer against his coworkers. Games have random stuff in them.

Doesn't Twitch take some of that money though? If you're gonna donate you may as well do it directly and put it to a donation incentive. I guess there's emoticons or something if you sub.

For... charity..?
Twitch gets 50%. If you wanna do it for charity, donate directly to AGDQ. I imagine the draw to subscribing would be to chat. When 99% is spam, why bother?

Because still you can donate and sub? So youre still giving money to charity which is what the entire event is about? 60,000$ insubs is still a 30k donation which is really good(will prolly be higher than that)

twitch doesnt take their money for the SDA sub (at least twitchchat said that)
