I have a split keyboard, so the h n part was easy I found that the key is to stand up above your keyboard and grab behind your shoulder with your hand. Then you have a very small area of your elbow with which you can hit the keys. I also got better as time went along. Also I have a large elbow Trying it again after typing this post, I managed to get insdane (didn't bother doing the hnr part this time ) Also rather than moving my elbow, I sort of hover over the keyboard and bend over with my legs. And no, my roommate is not in the room as I do this
