I'm guessing paypal will side with me even if I have 0 proof. But the proof I do have are all visual comparisons of the real vs. fake bomber, and anecdotal evidence from the UC FB group where everyone agrees it's fake. The fact he even escalated the claim makes me slightly worried that he has something else, but I can't see how I would lose this.

I told him very clearly that I will escalate the case and initiate a chargeback with my bank, unless he refunds one of the jackets and gives me half for the other, I would've paid for shipping to HK. The full refund jacket is new, the other one is barely worn. I thought this proposal was very generous, and I proposed it because he genuinely made it seem that he didn't know the jackets were fake. I also wanted the money faster and assumed he knew Paypal would side with me anyways. He then escalated the case himself and cut off all contact, even after I gave him ample visual evidence. I can only assume he's an idiot or needs more time to get the money together. I most likely will get all of the money and get to keep the jackets, which I will pawn off on taobao or something. The only lesson I've learned is that don't get into Undercover unless you know how to spot fakes, and that there are people who have no business being in the game but are in the game.
