i'd ask for sleeve length
|
I'm honestly confused about every measurements besides p2p, some sleeves stack, and thus are meaningless, some shoulders drape, etc. I found a large vancouver on sufu and asked for measurements and the guy gave me a 1.5" larger p2p, I know parkas are supposed to fit large but how much?

Topcoats are awesome, though I prefer darker colors for a topcoat, a non-trench coat in camel is weird to me.

whats a "nice" texture?
I ordered the one above from BR for a decent price ~160 CAD. If it doesn't work or w/e, they got easy returns.

It's hard to describe what I mean by "nice" texture. I guess examples:
+ Show Spoiler [No texture] +
+ Show Spoiler [nice texture] +
so basically cotton/nylon/synthetic and some wool blend top coats usually don't have nice texture, while wool especially worsted and boiled etc have nice texture. it's just something i prefer for some reason and it only applies to how i like camel/tan/beige coats. close up of the BR look okay.

the buttonholes are cut very high on this and as a result the lapels are short and stumpy, looks really weird

the only problem I have with camel coats is the tendency to clash with other colors. mustard yellow is just so loud

H&M has great deals on good fitting clothes. It's a store that sort of pushes a 'George Clooney Amal Amuddin' look, but I'm ok with that.. they are a hot celebrity couple that I think look great.
e: I think camel top coats look pretty good, although the hollister winter coat i've worn in the past is much darker than that.

haven't been scammed on ebay yet (buying clothes, artwork, etc). just always look at the seller's history and always ask for more pics.
his history looks okay and they look like real sales. probably trustworthy.

i just grabbed something off grailed (everlane cotton/cashmere), 1st time using that too. dunno why im all about everlane suddenly, but their shirts are good enough for me.
