I'm 6'2" and 155lbs with a 40" chest and 29" waist, so nothing fits off the rack. Will report back in with a mini-review, they offer free alterations on the first shirt you order, so I'll probably have some adjustments made. If I'm able to get a good fit I'll probably order a few in a variety of fabrics and styles. They have some really nice italian cottons priced well. | ||

It's all in the brand. The cost of a T-shirt is 80%+ in the fabric, 20% in manufacturing. Even if you get really nice quality fabric and manufacture domestically, you're going to have to work really hard to make it cost more than $20/unit at any decent volume. source: I work at a fashion company on supply chain management. | ||
