my initial observations was that the dry noodles smell really good, and once cooked, the whole thing is quite spicy, great for cold weather/runny noses. i did not overcook the noodles, and they are still al dente, a little chewy, and thicker than what im used to (crap). i was going to put some lettuce in it, but decided against it because it looked too old. some cabbage would have been great, especially for saint patricks day! all done: my overall impression was that it was delicious, although 2 packets would have been better for a meal. Oh well, corned beef and cabbage tonight, peace out. | ||

I have no problem putting the raw egg into the cooked ramen either. Experimentation is key. | ||

What makes the Shin-Ramen so much better? In my country I don't think I could find Shin-Ramen but I will try! Also, I see the Shin-Ramen has beef in it~ -_- I'm Hindu and we don't eat beef AT ALL. Is it the overall spicy Shin ramen meal that is good or is it just the noodles itself? | ||
