I searched for it, but didnt find one so I'm going to start an "Help me find this song"-thread were people can help out each other find the name for songs etc. It happens to a lot of us sometimes that we hear a song and memorize a bit of the lyric but either somehow memorize it wrong or google dosent find a match. Sometimes we see a musicvideo or a commerical, and try to find it trough what we remember of it.
Obviously i started this thread because in the last couple of years this has been a song that has been bugging me, and I dont know the name of it. It used to be on MTV all the time in the 90s (I was a kid back then, so i dont really remember a lot). It was kind of an really melancholic song with a looped piano beat (it was kind of an electronic song) and if I remember correctly the video had this little girl sitting in a car and looking out from her window.
If recall correctly this was shown on the at the same time as songs like "Beastie Boys - Intergalactic" and "Daft Punk - Around the World" (I might be wrong though!)
TL I need your help as well. I've been trying to find this one pop song, I think I heard it first May of 2011 and a few times after that, then when I started trying to look for it it disappeared.
Female singer, all I remember (and this is the part that got me looking) was the melody:
A, A, G, F, E, D-E-F-E-D repeated 4 times.
Chord progression was Bb, Gm, Dm, F if I remember correctly.
No distinct lyrics, just female vocals. And here's a hastily assembled wav of the melody, at least what I think it sounds like
If someone could just name off all of the songs/bands that Day[9] plays on his stream, that would do it for me... I really just want to download all of those songs...
Does anyone know what the original name for that song is? That specific song part is from Dj No Left Turn's remix The Dragon's Romance (song 3), but any searches for the name in the track list turns up nothing http://www.myspace.com/djnoleftturn

Hi, didn't want to start a new thread and thought this would an appropriate place.
I'm looking for a song where the singer is singing about two lovers, something bad happened, then at the end he goes something like "i must confess, i'm the one in this song" where he reveals the guy in the story is himself, and he says something about if he ever meets her again what he'll do... I know this is really vague, just can't hear the music in my head. I think it's rock or pop.
What's the korean rock song with that really famous rock star, he's wearing sunglasses in the video I'm thinking about and there's a huge audience, and he's wearing like a gold blazer/coat I think. There's also a sick keyboard solo (I think??). The randomest thing ever but maybe someone knows :o
No it is from the Blues Brothers I reckon as I was looking for the same tune myself and then it clicked to me that it was from that movie. That's what I was looking for anyway!
The song I'm looking for is starts at 3:35(Warning please lower volume until you get to the guy dancing if you don't you will receive pounds of ear rape.)
The song im trying to find is at the end of a video by vanossgaming on youtube the video is called car horn orchestra he plays the song on guitar the challenging part is he doesnt say any lyrics
I'm searching for the name of the song that plays in SSL when they show the player stats. It has a beat and some bells... and that's pretty much all I can describe. Help would be greatly appreciated.
So I heard this song this morning. The voice kind of sounded like The Fray to me, but it's a rock song with a drum beat, and a powerful guitar line that goes Dunn Dunn, dun dun dun dun dun, Dunn dunn. Help!
I am looking for a song that I believe is from the 1960s maybe 70’s. It starts with a saxophone solo that goes duna dun dun dun duna dun dun dun. I remember listening to it on YouTube and had a yellow background with a record player. I know it is a male singer and the one word I remember is love. Not a lot but I really want to know this song haha.

Baker Street by Gerry Rafferty? Dont know about the visual part tho, but the fact that you remember it because of the sax solo calls for sth like this ^^
Can anybody help me find this song please? Think like old game music, it starts with a big sort of brass sound.. I already checked like some old Kirby and Mario themes, for some reason it made me think of that...there was also like a flash on funnypart somewhere and it was in there but I can’t find it anymore. “Duh duh duh duhduhduh duh-duh duh duh-duh-duh”. It’s killing me I have nowhere else to turn lol
Guys I'm tryna find this slow Piano song that goes:
"Dunn, Dun-dun, Dunn, dun-dun, Dunnn, dun-dun-dun-dun, dun-dun-dun-dun" And pretty much starts over from there, Also in the video down below it starts faintly in the background at 11:06
I'm trying to find an old fanmade song based off a video game. I'm pretty sure it had pretty bad graphics. It has these adorable little creature with a top hat and most of the song is jibberish with a few lines from NPCs thrown in. I can remember a high elf and a dwarf. It kind of goes like this and is the background of the song (the creature humming): Da da da da Da da da diddily ahhhhahah
Does anyone have a playlist of HasHe's music from when he streamed?
All I can find is a youtube channel with 63 videos, a lot of which have been removed from youtube.
It was some mellow trip-hop. Not "lofi hip hop radio - beats to relax/study to" but more like 90s and early 2000's when electronic music was still getting figured out.
Ok, so I've been looking for a song for some time now, maybe someone here will be able to help me. I recall hearing it on the radio many years ago, and here's what I can remember about it: - it was in late 1990's - it was sang by a woman - lyrics weren't in english as far as I can remeber - it was really, really slow, with opera-like singing - it had a very distinct fragment with string instruments playing, with a strong rythm to the strings, just after a section of lyrics ended - I'm pretty sure it wasn't by Enya - it wasn't pop, rock, or any kind of dance music
I know it's really vague, but if anyone has any suggestion as to the title or the artist for this song I'd be forever grateful, I've been trying to find it for months :/
Can someone please help me find a song. It starts like this: “da da da da da da dunnn, da da da da da da dunnn, da da da da da da dunnnnnnnn” it’s got like a jazzy beat to it I reckon it’s around 90’s-00’s but could be earlier. I’m pretty sure some of the lyrics include but could be wrong “royal bug, time, shock us behavior” thanks
I’m trying to find this Song. I only know a little bit of the melody. It’s not in English (most likely Spanish.) It’s very romantic and slow. It’s a male singer with a strong voice. m.youtube.com
Seems I've found just the right forum. I'm trying to find a song I heard at work last week. I don't remember much, but it's talking about heading to a bunker, and it has a weird beat after that sounds very very metallic, like somebody banging pans together. It goes da da DUN...da da DUN...da da DUN.
First of, I am not looking for that song. Someone else was and I was stumped. If you have netflix and Terrace House: Opening New Doors is available in your country, check Episode 12 from Part 2 at minute 5, the most generic pop/love song starts in the background. The lyrics are so generic that you actually find many different songs. The song has no hook, it is completely bland. I wonder if this is stock music? Like there are stock photos? It's not credited anywhere. Maybe if someone has a phone app they could try finding it?
I need help finding a death metal song. The words sound something like AAAAAHHHHHHH AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH AHHHHHHHHH OOOOOOHHHHH AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH and there's also a lot of noisy drum banging.
