his message of motivation, or rather, self motivation was something that hit home with me and will be missed.

Where can I find this message?

It's everywhere really. He talks about how he looks forward to training, makes it fun and enjoyable, does it with his friends, logs his progress and how he's improving..and he managed to be a grounded, fun guy while doing it. He will be missed

To any ignorant posters, pre-empting from replies in other threads, do not hate because Zyzz took steroids, steroids do not cause cardiac arrest and he never lied about his use.

were you not awake during health class in HS? on top of general health, i took a sports psych course in college and at both levels, my professors were quite abrasive when discussing the harmful effects of steroid usage. steroids can lead to hardening of the arteries and in turn, heart attack.

that said, RIP.

EDIT: but if you dont want to take my word for it, i even googled it for you and here's the first result i found:

That's ZyZ and it's not the same person.

Either way, wow, seeing those videos really showed how dedicated he was to body building.

What we witness today is the death of a god. Deep within all of our minds, we know that if we were to finally get our act together, and get in shape, and get strong and aesthetic, and get over all our issues, we know that we could become a god. Some people ignore this potential, and vegetate through their lives, spitting in the face of their ancestors by neglecting to realize their body's full potential. Others, like me for the first several years of my training, dabble in the physical arts but never go all the way, afraid of losing themselves in the transition. Zyzz achieved all of our fantasies. He actually went out, did the work, put in the effort, and spent the remainder of his tragically short life reaping the rewards. He became the douchebag with huge beautiful muscles that could pull in any girl, or lord over any guy, that he desires. He didn't lose himself. He found himself. With Zyzz as my inspiration, I have found direction in my training, and I have become more aware of my goals. Every day, when I go to the gym, I think of what life will be like when I have achieved his level, and I need no more motivation than that. Although He has left us, Zyzz lives on in our hearts. Whenever you're at the gym and you fantasize about fine females you've never met French-kissing your midsection at a party, or doing pushups in the middle of the street and not getting honked at, or going to the club and picking out a girl and saying "Her." and an hour later making sweet, passionate love to her, you are carrying the torch. Zyzz showed us a part of life you don't see at the office, or when you get home and glue yourself to your computer, a life above the monotony and complacency that we have grown so used to in this first-world garbage heap we live in. In Zyzz's world, only the most awesome motherfucker matters. Now he's gone. Now it's your turn. When you and I walk into the same room, everyone in the room can tell who's in control. When Zyzz walked into a room, he was in control. He won, and everyone was mirin. He's gone now, and we're all fighting for his place. I intend to win. What are you gonna do about it?

RIP you sick c*nt. Haters gotta hate.

Nice knee jerk reaction. Your high school and and college sports PSYCHOLOGY professors both told you steroids are bad because everyone else says they are.

Disregarding that at the congressional hearing to determine whether steroids would be banned all major drug agencies voted against the ban, you're still arguing a moot point. Without reading your study I can already see the issue; long term use.

Long term use of alcohol can lead to cirrhosis and liver damage. Long term smoking can lead to a variety of cancers and lung conditions.

Zyzz wasn't a long-term steroid user and like drinking and smoking it's not guaranteed. Piss off with your ignorance.

I really liked Zyzz, sad that this shit had to happen. He definitely was an inspiration of mine to start bodybuilding.

lol@ your teachers broscience, and btw, that study is garbage. Steroids are not life threatening if you take the right precautions, and Zyzz knew them all. He died from drug use, probably some dodgy thai cocaine or xtc

What the fuck is dodgy cocaine or MDMA? Almost all coke or x is cut with something that kills you and on their own they are outright harmful in the most blatant ways. He died because he was abusing steroids with street drugs. Don't defend that by attacking someone elses education.

I'm out of this thread because I have nothing positive to say about Zyzz.

The only thing worse than your logic is your manners. I have snipped away most of your of what you wrote, because, well ... it didn't really say anything. Your attempt at constructing a creative flame was pitiful. I mean, really, stringing together a bunch of insults among a load of babbling was hardly effective... Maybe later in life, after you have learned to read, write, spell, and count, you will have more success. True, these are rudimentary skills that many of us "normal" people take for granted that everyone has an easy time of mastering. But we sometimes forget that there are "challenged" persons in this world who find these things to be difficult. If I had known that this was true in your case then I would have never exposed myself to what you wrote. It just wouldn't have been "right." Sort of like parking in a handicap space. I wish you the best of luck in the emotional and social struggles that seem to be placing such a demand on you.
