It's everywhere really. He talks about how he looks forward to training, makes it fun and enjoyable, does it with his friends, logs his progress and how he's improving..and he managed to be a grounded, fun guy while doing it. He will be missed ![]() Here!

He inspired many, including myself to start lifting for aesthetics. To any ignorant posters, pre-empting from replies in other threads, do not hate because Zyzz took steroids, steroids do not cause cardiac arrest and he never lied about his use. were you not awake during health class in HS? on top of general health, i took a sports psych course in college and at both levels, my professors were quite abrasive when discussing the harmful effects of steroid usage. steroids can lead to hardening of the arteries and in turn, heart attack. that said, RIP. EDIT: but if you dont want to take my word for it, i even googled it for you and here's the first result i found: http://topnews.us/content/218476-long-term-steroid-use-results-cardiac-arrest-finds-study

Your high school and and college sports PSYCHOLOGY professors both told you steroids are bad because everyone else says they are. Disregarding that at the congressional hearing to determine whether steroids would be banned all major drug agencies voted against the ban, you're still arguing a moot point. Without reading your study I can already see the issue; long term use. Long term use of alcohol can lead to cirrhosis and liver damage. Long term smoking can lead to a variety of cancers and lung conditions. Zyzz wasn't a long-term steroid user and like drinking and smoking it's not guaranteed. Piss off with your ignorance.

What makes you so enlightened? This sounds pretty fucking stupid. They're proven to cause heart problems.

Steroids are not life threatening if you take the right precautions, and Zyzz knew them all. He died from drug use, probably some dodgy thai cocaine or xtc

He died from drug use, probably some dodgy thai cocaine or xtc What the fuck is dodgy cocaine or MDMA? Almost all coke or x is cut with something that kills you and on their own they are outright harmful in the most blatant ways. He died because he was abusing steroids with street drugs. Don't defend that by attacking someone elses education. I'm out of this thread because I have nothing positive to say about Zyzz.

I have snipped away most of your of what you wrote, because, well ... it didn't really say anything. Your attempt at constructing a creative flame was pitiful. I mean, really, stringing together a bunch of insults among a load of babbling was hardly effective... Maybe later in life, after you have learned to read, write, spell, and count, you will have more success. True, these are rudimentary skills that many of us "normal" people take for granted that everyone has an easy time of mastering. But we sometimes forget that there are "challenged" persons in this world who find these things to be difficult. If I had known that this was true in your case then I would have never exposed myself to what you wrote. It just wouldn't have been "right." Sort of like parking in a handicap space. I wish you the best of luck in the emotional and social struggles that seem to be placing such a demand on you. User was banned for this post.
