Why don't people respect planets? They have feelings too, don't they?!

He was cloaked, and revealed himself to be a magically animated skeleton, to my amazement. It introduced itself to me as Hyxx-Malgathor. Hesitantly, I approached it, wondering whether I was in fact conscious or, perhaps, hallucinating. If I was in fact conscious, and not hallucinating, I wanted this to be a story I could tell my peers later on, however I digress. He asked me, quite suddenly, "do we have a deal?", at which point I was sure I was hallucinating, despite going through a process of elimination to determine that I was not, in fact, hallucinating, but I digress. A step back I take, and then a double-take at what's been happening, as though it was a hallucination, even though I was sure I wasn't hallucinating. I pinched myself and everything. Then suddenly, the skeleton thing shot a blue ball of sorcery-magic at me, and I braced for impact and pain, but there was none. I look again back to where the mystifying Hyxx-Malgathor was, and he was gone. I hear a burp, though it came not from me. I noticed a sheet of paper in my pocket, written upon it some gibberish, in the end an incantation. I try chanting it once, some time later, whilst focusing on a rock I found in my other pocket. It turned into a grape. I had a new power. And that's why I could be a fruit. But I choose not to.

That's not a stupid question though, that's a great question. Women just have different expectations of them and are looked at differently which makes it harder for them to succeed as comedians while society (society maaaan...) puts more expecations on men to be funny.

I can only think of one situation where women may act less funnily than men, and that's towards their children. I see mothers seem to always prioritize the educational aspect of things, promote doing homework, respecting the rules, all the non-funny things to their progenitors, while dads look more inclined to be here for distraction purposes. That's just both my view and tendencies. --- Why do I always find my penis not big enough, despite it being "ok" size (~16cm) Why do I always want to have another girlfriend, just when I got one ?

Cutting costs by a third would be a big deal for any company I would assume. I assume it would be at least tangentially related to the stereotype that women are both physically and psychologically weaker than men, so you'd be sacrificing productivity (in jobs with physical labor) and potential success (in white collar jobs that demand authoritativeness and hard decision-making) for paying less... but if your company makes less, then you have to pay less anyway, so you might as well make more. The image of your company is often times just as important as your actual results, and everyone's heard those opinions that women aren't as physically or mentally strong as men, that they're more emotional and less logical, etc., even if there exists plenty of exceptions.

I am not an expert on this, but the risk that they would get pregnant and disappear for 3+ years can do something with that. Men are more career oriented and in general safer long-term bet, in my opinion. As for why women aren't funny, I would recommend reading this article and watching the video by Hitch: http://www.vanityfair.com/culture/features/2007/01/hitchens200701 The video
