jumped out of fucking bed and my brain finally clicked on by the time i reached my bedroom door.

First day off in a week and 1/2 and tried to sleep in a bit and now i'm not gonna be able to sleep for the rest of the day

Ate a habanero pepper this morning without any other food or drink as part of a bet, I was allowed to grab water/cheese/what have you 10 minutes afterward.

Finally stopped asking my friends to kill me about 20 minutes after that and I thought it would be the end of it, but as of writing this I'm on the toilet with the hershey squirts and my anus feels twice as bad as my mouth did.

I successfully evaded every spoiler regarding The Last of Us until I get the ps3 from my friend and start to play it. Until youtube decided to suggest me a video regarding Last of Us which had a fucking spoiler in his title. I WAS WATCHING A METAL GEAR SOLID VIDEO WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU SUGGEST ME LAST OF US. I've never searched Last of Us on youtube so there is no way in hell my youtube browsing actually influenced that. Go fuck yourself youtube, seriously.

My roommate is engaged in some stupid guerilla warfare over the AC. No matter what I set it at, he comes almost immediately and does two things: turn it off and set the dial to 90 degrees. I left this weekend, when I came back, the apartment was actually at 90 degrees ( and he was home, not like he had turned it off when he left). I keep trying to at least meet him him in the middle but he's getting to be even more of an ass about it...switching it all the time....it's set to 76 now, if we set it much warmer we may as well not have it...I've got to talk to him about it but the guy is a hermit and I never actually see him..he hides in his room when he's not at work more than I do, which is impressive.

Frustrating because I want to have at least a working living relationship, but this guy seems to have no interest in it...I try to be friendly when I see him, ask him how his day was and the like....half the time he actually doesn't answer....what the fuck

Anyway, I'm sick and tired of his aversion to having any fucking AC on in the middle of the summer. Shut your damn vents if it gets to cold, or walk around in something other than a wifebeater and shorts. I'm trying to compromise and you refuse. Either that, or I'm just gonna have to walk around the apartment naked all day to keep cool. Your move

My old keyboard. Had a half sized left shift so I almost always use right shift. I switched to dvorak and all the consonants are on your right hand. I'm stuck at 50 WPM because of it. And unlearning that tendency (I bought a mechanical keyboard because I wanted one) is fucking hard.

I have to convert 4000 lines of fortran into matlab code at work. I don't know fortran. And I'm pretty sure that our research group is going to get absolutely nothing out of this project.

I recently got this kitten from a friend at work. AND HE WON'T STOP CHEWING ON MY FAN CORDS. Seriously, it's like a million degrees outside, and every five seconds he's gnawing away. Oh and also if he's not in the same room as me, he meows like crazy. And sometimes he chases something into the next room, and then upon seeing no me, starts meowing like a mother. AND HE WON'T STOP UNTIL I COME GET HIM. HE'S DOING IT RIGHT NOW. OH GOD MAKE HIM STOP.
