Keep it civil guys. Alright I am sick of warning people: Trolling, flame baiting, and derailing will result in insta bans. The same goes for conspiracy theorists and stupidity generally. Confirmation was as follows - On-site DNA test which came back as 99% positive. - photos of face sent to CIA and confirmed with photo analysis - confirmed by 20 year old wife who live in pakistan. This thread is specifically dedicated to the details surrounding the raid/his death.

Cause its the symbol pure and simple. Nobody said that they don't matter. Where are you people getting all this I just don't understand. Its all casualties of war. Im not saying they are acceptable or not but its common knowledge that when there is war that is what happens. Its happened in every war in history. This has nothing to do with that. At all. This has to do with Osama thats it nothing more nothing less. Civilians on the battlefield havent been brought up once.

That's part of the Pledge of Allegiance to the USA, which every child in the US will learn in elementary school. It really doesn't mean all that much and Obama put that in as more of a political gesture than anything, imo.

This is a hugely ignorant statement, you should be so ashamed of yourself. Bin Laden was responsible for the murder of thousands of civilians in one of the greatest terrorist incidents in history, and was (until today) the physical and spiritual leader of Al Queda. His presence, his videos, his life, was a huge symbolic boost for terrorists and an international symbol that someone could kill so many, cause so much death and pain, and run away. His death represents so much to the US, and especially to terrorists around the world. You're so ignorant, it appalls me. How can you label this as "good PR and all"? This event is HUGELY historic and a huge win for the entire world. Sure, practically speaking, Al Queda might not have been doing that much in where you're from. But they're still murdering thousands of innocents around the world, and all you can say is "good PR"?? Ridiculous and highly offensive to ANYONE who has relations to someone who has died from any terrorist incidents. edit: btw I'm Asian Canadian and not American.
