Context is needed. If it wasn't for the paragraphs, then I would have no fucking clue as to what I'm looking at half the time. Quit fucking complaining either way. People like you need to stop complaining about threads for no reason.
I've seen that soldier's reuniting with families video 4 times now and I still can't hold back the tears.

Where's the picture in your post? Double check the op's post and discover the spoiler tags with text in them. Like the other guy said, context is necessary otherwise 60% of the posts in here would be someone asking "what happened here" or "whats this pic about".
By the way, it would be nice for some of you to share some context on some pictures, or at least include the name of the picture (or sth) so we can find out more by googling.
As a German myself, this always makes me sad. We had such a great thing going for us: We weren't patriotic, proud of our nationality etc., we were just Europeans, or maybe even just humans.
I may be a bit ignorant here but could someone give this some context?
Seeing the picture I'm fearing the worst but I'm not privy to what actually happened here.
Best video I could find.
this is why i hate arsenal so much. sure shawcross had a bad rep for this stuff. but does shawcross go off the ground in this tackle? it was jsut a freak accident and yet the arsenal players give an innocent player so much crap. arsenal and their fans can go kiss my ass.
It's both inspiring and gives you faith in humanity but also (more frequently) depressing and makes you lose that faith when you read this entire thread (which I'm doing right now).
