Ergonomic/Recommended Chairs

Sorry if this thread has already been made. I performed a few searches and didn't find quite what I was looking for.

This matter has been nagging me for some time. Could anyone kindly recommend me an ergonomic chair? Or just a chair which you've personally found comfy and sturdy even after long hours in front of the computer. The chair I'm using causes me to lean too far back which then causes my neck to lean forward in a hunch-like position, and there's no way for me to adjust it...

The chairs seen on the proleague/Starleagues seem very comfy, but I have no idea what models they are. Thanks in advance.

Do you have a Healthy Back store in your area? B/c preferences vary so much, you truly need to sit in one to figure this out.

Things like depth of chair (if you are tall or not), cushioning, neck support, back support, amount of adjustment possible - really you can't tell until you sit in one. So hopefully you have one nearby. Obviously don't buy from there though, that store is a rip-off lol.

It depends on how much you wanna spend, but the Herman Miller Aeron and Enbody chairs are the BEST period. If you're spending all day on the chair, then one of those is probably a worthy investment. Nothing compares

The Aeron is honestly the most comfortable chair I have ever had the pleasure of sitting in.

I hate myself for being cheap and not buying a proper chair, i think my standing posture has been effected by that.
Im gonna to sign up to the simming pool this autumn, that should fix it.

But yea dont go cheap on chairs if you spend a lot of time using your pc.

Of course quality ergonomic chairs like the Aeron are nice.
But it is also out of the price range of most people and not at all necessary.

Sitting for a long time is not too good period.

A slanted chair or kneeling chair will do for natural spine posture.
Or just get a large enough surface to be able to put a cushion on to sit on incline.

I've got the Aeron chair and i ain't gonna lie: it's the throne of nerds. A fantastic creation whose designer recently passed away so it's got its place secured in history as a timeless savior of behinds.

Being odd I often sit on my knees or with my legs crossed while playing, naturally 'efficient progamer chairs' don't tend to this too well, anyone happen to have any suggestions? i know its a longshot and consider your thread highjacked.
