Jace, the Mind Sculptor was an infamously notorious card released during the Worldwake set of the Zendikar block of Magic: The Gathering a few years ago. The card was used in practically every deck due to its absolutely incredible power; his last ability pretty much hands you the win if you're not incredibly far behind. It's "laughable" because people today still shake their heads (myself included) at how Wizards thought it would be a good idea to create such a card and consider it balanced.
It has also been nicknamed the "Wallet Sculptor," as I remember he ran for ~$80 back when he was still legal in Standard. Happened to check his price last night on Blackborder. He's up to $150 minimum.
