Thanks all for your kind responses! I definitely didn't expect this many praises for that hydra and my ego has been successfully stroked. The link of the picture is from my facebook photos. (And no, I/we are not any one of those people in that picture). I'm pretty sure facebook photo links are so randomly generated that you can't change a number or something and get the next picture in the album. If you really want proof, you can visit facebook.com/tweph, I have the pumpkin set as my default pic (my privacy settings should allow you to see the pic). Kennigit, thanks for the hint! My interest has been piqued and I'm definitely going to enter that contest. I feel like I'm going to need a way cooler "scene" in order to win this contest. The hydra, in comparison, will probably be dwarfed in terms of details, shading, and so forth. To be honest, the hydra was done pretty quickly, I didn't put too much thoughts into details. So TL, please give me some tips on what cool scenes I can illustrate. I'm a Zerg girl, so I'm pro-Zerg eating/killing any other race.  My friend thought of carving an ultralisk piercing a marine who is desperately reaching for his gun, which is cruel but would look awesome. I'm also open to any SC2 themes.Please feel free to give ideas, I will deliver! I also really want to win this Blizzard contest in the name of Starcraft, which is obviously superior to the other games. -tweph | ||
