The No Commitment exception makes sense I think, since the completion aspect of gaming shines more in those single player games that have little rewards strewn throughout the game. There is little analogue in Starcraft or other competitive games. You could argue that memorizing all the builds, stats, pro-scene games, and generally being a fanatical knowledge base of all things Starcraft could count as "completing everything" but it would be quite the stretch to tie it to the same "complete all" mentality that is tied to RPGs, platformers, and whatnot.
