Breakdown. Started in May, making pieces while i worked with paper stock(business card paper), sizing, engineering the mechanics, conceptualizing the design, and overcoming the very intricate details of a unique costume... 500+ hours, ~$1000 (materials, gas), 4 hours a night really. fiberglassed the entire thing (arch above shoulders was insanely hard), and designing the mask (PREVIEW- the Bust before fine details/lights/sizing......) That said, I applaud your efforts. The suit looks pretty good. I think the shoulder arcs are way too big, but heck - lighting up totally seals the deal! Best of luck in the contest! Edit: the mask is amazing too! | ||
