To the game: Dani Alvez showed the worst performance I have ever seen from him. The crosses were amateur-level.

It was Juventus fans who called Balotelli shit like that in an incident quite a while ago (and they got punished for it). I strongly doubt there were any racist remarks today, because then Eto'o would have reacted strongly as well. It is of course extremely silly of the Inter supporters to boo at him when he's playing badly, but that doesn't justify his reactions. And there are plenty of examples of when he's behaved unprofessionally when there were nothing crowd-related going on at all (getting stupid red cards due to retarded retaliations, figthing with teammates and managers and such). Fuck you Lippi if you don't select Cassano for the WC.

I think it'd nice if Balotelli could play for Milan. hahahaha. but i doubt inter would let such a talented player to go to its bitter rival. What a guy, lol.

It is fairly well spread out there as well. And the real fans are exactly the ones who goes to the stadiums in Italy. It's the casual people and families who doesn't go. What a guy ... sigh .... He's behaving like the most childish amateur i have ever seen ... For whatever the fans shout at him , he isn't allowed to throw his jersey like that cuz it's the club who sells his salary and and and... . I also remember him wearing a Milan jersey in an TV prank.

Then they just defended and if the match lasted more we would have owned them lol, can't believe they don't realize it and play the ball instead of giving it. Still I'm sad because the second goal was after an obvious foul on Messi and the third was on offside. Ouch. Barça didnt lose a game by 2 goals or more for 116 games, since the 4-1 against Madrid on 2008. hahah are you seriously calling that a foul on messi? and are you seriously blaming the goal on that foul? clutching at straws, breh

Inter simply played much better than Barca, Messi and Xavi was kept quiet for most of the game.

Well as long as they don't play 10 men behind the ball for the entire next leg, then I won't begrudge them going through ![]() The next leg being shite is what I am worried about

At the same time though... they can win 2-0 at camp nou so it def. isn't over yet

First of all, if you go for the ball, you don't have your weight on that foot when stretching, secondly when you miss the ball, there is ample time to shift your weight and avoid the other player. This was VERY intentional and VERY deserving of a red card and also in my opinion deserving of several games ban or longer because of the great risk of bad injuries from this. Basically, shit like this ruin football. People in this thread cry for blood when a "noname" does this thing and breaks a guys leg (just in this thread we have several examples where "They just went for the ball"), but it's okay cause ribery did this? Hell no. He wasn't even provoked before this to even begin to excuse it.. Shit like this is ruining football and they have to start giving serious bans off the pitch from FIFA to stifle this behaviour.
