A lot of people pick bane now L. He's being picked quite frequently among top teams now that his ult is buffed.

I would say your picks hurt you but it was just as much play style as picks. Bane is kinda questionable since they had 2 of the better stun gankers out there plus 2 huge aoe stuns in tide and lock, but it would have still been fine if bane + axe had abused nightmare call. Instead a similar thing happened bot to our most recent game. A sort of stalemate where the potm wasn't pushed away from the lane most the time so he still got cs and xp. I don't like the puck/kunkka lane because puck is too weak to really cover kunkka against most lanes, and also doesnt have a disable to set up torrent. I would say top got fairly lucky only going against tide/lock since it avoided real killing power. Also, part of the problem with having kunkka there was you didnt have really good initiation for him aside from axe, and then only after axe gets blink, which as i mentioned before is not gonna happen really fast because they didnt abuse sleep/call bottom. Tinker was a fine pick aside from the fact that you guys got beat in your other lanes so they couldnt come help him mid. The picks seemed powerful but they didnt cover each other well and you didn't have all that strong of lanes. So of course you got beat by a half gank/half aoe team who warded better than you.
