I don't mind you sucking when i play, but i just don't have the time to put in to help you learn to be better. You need to pick a role, and just get really good at it. Most games i play with TL guys i have to play a carry or go mid (both things i dont really like, but when you guys don't farm well at all its hard to justify giving you a carry that needs farm). If you worked on fixing one role of your play and just improving that then people would be more inclined to play with you.

anyone can be at least decent at this game, and while talent ("skill") certainly speeds up improvement anyone who actually truly cares about his own performance will eventually be able to understand the game well enough to not be classified as "sucking" by the people he considers "decent".
try to understand the game, play as well as you can, find & think about your mistakes --> see improvement --> be motivated --> keep playing, keep having fun, maybe get really good.
post an excuse for being bad on the forums and quit --> no improvement possible.
i am not saying it is easy to be good at this game, but it is possible for anyone, and it is not possible if you never try. i believe you havent tried yet. whether you consider investing the time to be worth the reward is an entirely different story, of course.

I am sick and tired of baddies ruining dota for me.
Our games usually go like this, I pick a nice fun hero and I'll get some kills and get our team ahead. (I'm playing counterstrike while doing this) Then I go get a snack or something and when I return, I hear "OMG THEY'RE GONNA RAX US" on teamspeak, Luckily Rabidch will usually pick a hard carry so I have to ask him to share control and I play his hero and the game drags out for an hour before we win.

btw i have warc3 downloaded but the version is incompatible w/ garena because I have it updated to the highest version. also I don't have a valid cd key on there. where do you guys play dota?

get wvs (warcraft version switcher) to 1.24d and u dont need a real cd key to play on garena.
