Not much to go off but seems basically confirmed that the archangels will be the new Celestial T3. The overall look for Celestial is an improvement on the last version as well.

I like the cube-y exo model as well

Nice to get a small teaser of 3v3. Shared base/moba concepts could be pretty cool. Is it similar to BW Team Melee / SC2 Archon mode I wonder? It's also nice to be able to stay and contribute instead of dying early.

The resource and siege camps look especially good, will be nice when the campaign is out and they get some lore behind them. It's a lot cooler to say "take the voidwalker" or "murloc camp" for example than just "resource camp" etc

The trick will be to get enough creep models that map makers can pick and choose based on what vibe they're going for.

Korean Q&A with community - I guess they also really don't like the graphics, but it seems they like the gameplay (which seems to be the majority of people who've played it).

Kakao Games is running a professional league next year - was that previously confirmed anywhere? Now that I think of it, maybe it was before on the news of this event.

And a video montage of the Q&A (I recognized PartinG and Nightmare, maybe a couple others)

Yeah I think the art is not terrible but it doesn't get me excited. That's all I'll say. The updated map and creep camps are definitely an improvement though.

Does anyone know why on earth they decided to release the game.. on a weekday ... In a time slot where all of America is at work? Isn't that their primary audience? I would have much preferred on a weekend and just have the staff work overtime once if they're normally off. You only get 1 release...

What do you mean sleeping? by11 PDT pretty much everyone in the US is working and most of Europe is home after work.

More generally, almost all game releases happen on Tuesdays.

It's easiest to fix problems on weekdays. It's not only their own employees, but third party support for servers and network stuff, payment, etc.

At least others provided actual reasons you might want to release on a weekday and I can say oh okay, that makes sense. Your post however... 🤔 Not very convincing.

Technically early access doesn't release for another 2 weeks. The 'release' on tuesday is the preview period for kickstarter backers. Plus yeah it's also best for them to turn the servers on when they have all their employees in for the next 7 hours to deal with all the problems and fixes that emerge.
