Scared of home crowd so don't want to reverse the call anyway? http://mediacentral.nba.com/media/mediacentral/NBA-Instant-Replay-Situations.pdf It's not something they can review. And yes, the NBA made a media document using Comic Sans.

Edit: Hmm, Spurs are shooting bricks in OT.

Looking at the game it does seem like the Spurs have basically figured out the GS defensively. However, the Spurs offense was as bad as i've EVER seen them in 5 years. A lot of that stems from Parker being a non factor, but they had so many iso plays and so many open shots missed. Hard to watch as a fan. If they had even a half decent offensive night they win by 10 in regulation. And don't tell me it was the GS defense b/c it wasn't. GS is by far the worst defensive team left in the playoffs.

It was a "good" loss in the grand scheme of things because they seem to pretty much do whatever they want when Bogut isn't around. GS even tho they won looked horrible.

They all played really well today (even Mr Dribble, Jack)--so proud of the lads in GS. Spurs will win this series as Curry just doesn't have anything left in his ankle but the Dubs have really made them work for it. There's a lot of potential in them for 2014.

GS was absolutely butt-fucked by the refs in that opening half and to come back the way they did with Curry at barely 50% was pretty amazing. Depends on how hurt he is. There were a couple plays in the 3rd off the pnr where Duncan wasn't fast enough to contest currys 3, and he can hit that pretty consistently.

He needs to get Andre Miller on the phone to give him pointers about playing without athleticism. ![]()

Don't want to have to lean on Jack THAT much...scary proposition.

Duncan shot 52% versus Howard and Gasol in the Lakers series by way of contrast. And that's not to mention the rim protection he's providing. Bogut's allowing the Dubs to cover the Spurs' outside shooting very effectively by being able to play Duncan 1-on-1. Bogut's still not mobile because of his ankle though and is giving Parker good looks at those mid range 18 footers on the PnR. I don't really rate Parker from range so I think the Dubs can help cover this weakness by chasing Parker under screens instead of over. People keep bringing up the "Oh the Spurs just shot the ball badly" which is true in a sense but it's makes it seem like this has nothing to do with the Dubs' D (which I'd argue has been pretty strong).

Dubs have played pretty good D thus far, with the glaring exception of Jack. His lapses off-ball have really been bad but he's been making up for it with clutch shots. I also agree with you regarding Duncan. Bogut has done a very good job when he's been in.
