 So the only place i can find that relates to my question is this...So anyway, what's everyone's favorite PS2 games or console rpg's in general? I think final fantasy is ok, but I haven't played any recent ones. I actually picked up Wild Arms 4 and played it recently cuz we had it at work - i like the new characters in this chapter. I also really like Gran Turismo 4, but I'd like to know what other games are peoples fav's for ps2. | ||

I'm currently playing through it for about the 7th time, and I have 255 stats on 2/3 of my party members. This game can get quite time consuming when you get really addicted to the Triple Triad card game. I've spent 6 hours on end jsut going around in the game and playing cards. The game also gets addictive when you get Eden's devour ability. It wont stop! It takes alot of getting used to because the junctioning system is so different than Materia/Equipment. It's also different because you don't get to equip weapons, you upgrade. I think the reason that people dont like it is because it seems alot more "Math Oriented". Final Fantasy 7 was also amazing. I'm playing it atm also. Disc 2 after City of the Acients. This game is jsut soooo classic. It brought Final Fantasy from the SNES to the next gen systems. And seriously, the storyline for this game is amazing. The ending of the game leaves you with such a cliff hanger O_O. GOGO ADVENT CHILDREN I'll sum my post up with my top 3. 1. Final Fantasy 7 - Tied for best RPG on PS1. 1. Final Fantasy 8 - Tied for best RPG on PS1. 2. Xenogears [AMAZZZZZZZZZZING!] 3. Final Fantasy 9. [Went back to the Final Fantasy roots] [I'm a Squaresoft fan boy, alright?] PS: Does anyone have any idea when Advent Children is coming out in the United States??? I've seen about 6 ads in my reecent Game Informer about the 2-disc special edition DVD set. I am sooo anxious to see this movie^,^; | ||
