Anyone having issues with this game on their PC? I'm using a AMD Phenom II and a Nvidia 9800 GTX graphics card and the game is constantly dc'ing or just suddenly turn into a black screen. I have no idea what it is, does anyone else experience this with a more updated hardware?

The game seem pretty badly coded, I'm getting lots of bugs and weird freezes/glitches despite having 300 constant FPS otherwise (I.E, game randomly crashes during games, game bugs out when you launch a demo and no key press registers so you're forced to alt f4, random little freezes/FPS drops..). The game is pretty CPU intensive though, but I don't know much about hardware so can't say if your problem is because of yours being insufficient or not :<

@Advantageous- I have noticed it takes a long time to tab back.

What are the good maps besides Dust 2, Trains and Inferno? Cobblestone already confirmed garbage.

Train is not really consider a great map anymore by most people. A lot of people would say Nuke but I don't like it much to be honest. Mirage is good and well-liked, there's just some people that prefer the old Source version. Cache is also well-liked.

Mirage is like the only map i enjoy playing nowadays. Dust2/Inferno too old and overplayed, I fucking HATE nuke and Train just seem shit in GO, really disappointing mappool t.t played cache once and i enjoyed it, put dat shiz in the MM pool.

I am exact same way. Dust is just so overplayed and now I am a bit sick of inferno as well. I hate nuke, train is ok.

Need new maps :D

Yeah, new maps would be awesome. I still love Mirage though, I don't know if I will ever tire of that map. I just wish better maps came out with the operations. I was really disappointed by the Pheonix maps...

Also I dislike Train, mostly because it feels so cramped to me with all the traincars. I still like Inferno but I haven't played it enough to really tire of it I guess.

I get tired of d2/inferno cause every other month, a friend starts to play cs, and the first maps to teach them are d2 and inferno. orz.

other maps like train/nuke/mirage are too hard to play with them since they don't know how to properly use nades on these maps.

I still enjoy most of the maps but I miss Cache... not sure why they'd take out a good competitive match like that out of the pool. It's BS really.

Ive been playing far too much casual lately. I guess it helps with my aim either way since practice is practice. I love doing stupid shit like zeus / deagle only for an entire game tho, if i pick up a rifle i start top-fragging pretty quickly =p

Earlier i started playing and the guys must have been summer-sale starters because i went like 23-1 i laughed, i coughed, i had a coughing fit and couldn't stop laughing while coughing with full belly and thought drinking would help calm me down..it uh.."came back up"

but really, casual much fun to relax with

Haha casual is what I do when I'm drunk. I'm just Gold Nova and I still usually dominate (what's up with the skill level there, people are SUPER bad). It's a sucky gamemode but I share your fascination with it!
